Argus Partners Advises Kotak Investment Advisors Limited In Real Estate Investment Start-Up, Strata In Their Series A Fund-raising of USD 6 Million
We advised Kotak Investment Advisors Limited (“Kotak”) in their investment in Strata, a Bengaluru based real estate investment start-up, in their recently concluded Series A fund-raising of $ 6 million.
As per an official statement from Strata, the funds are going to be utilized for accelerating their expansion plans into the big cities like, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Chennai Bengaluru, Delhi and Pune and also help them in building and innovating on their product portfolio.
Besides Kotak, the fund-raising round was co-led by Gruhas Proptech (an Nikhil Kamath of Zerodha and Abhijeet Pai of Puzzolana Group for proptech investments and special situations), Sabre Investments (an investment arm of Rahul Talwar, Promoter Family of DLF). The fund-raising also saw participation from Elevation Capital, Mayfield India and Gemba Capital.
